Definition Romance Languages

What is a Latino?
Well, according to American popular translation, "Latino" is someone who is Latin America and speaks Spanish. However, in Europe, a Latino is someone who speaks a Romance language five came from America and is the direct descendant of the America of the United Nations. In southern Europe, I can not help being concerned about the U.S. definition, I considered it very ignorant, as developed countries. All countries in Latin America have Spanish as official language (Brazil and Guyana).
